Meet Dan Whitaker

Exceptional service has been the foundation of Dan Whitaker’s career for more than 30 years. Today, he brings that experience to buyers and sellers in Cumming, Forsyth County, Lake Lanier, and North Metro Atlanta as a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties.

Dan’s hospitality leadership includes serving as General Manager of The Ocean Room inside The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island, a Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond resort. His experience also includes Marriott Autograph Collection conversion projects and food and beverage leadership at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. He is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

I spent more than 30 years serving high-end clients in luxury hospitality, including at The Sanctuary Hotel on Kiawah Island. I have also been involved in several Marriott hotel conversions to Marriott Autograph Collection properties.
